Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged before or during packing.
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer error, or minor grading disagreements.
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issue.
2. Proof Requirements
- Clear photos of the issue are required before a return or refund can be approved.
- Photos should show the affected card(s), the packaging/envelope (if damaged), and the order number if available.
- Additional photos or details may be requested before approval.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be in the same condition they were received.
- Unsleeve all cards and pack them securely. Use toploaders, deck boxes, or other methods to protect the cards during post. Fill any empty spaces to prevent movement.
- DeckDen may refuse returns where cards arrive in worse condition than originally sent.
4. Refund or Credit Options
- Approved refunds are issued as the original payment refund or store credit (feature coming soon).
- Refunds are only processed once the return is received and confirmed.
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
5. Postage Responsibility
- DeckDen is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit; please use tracked shipping.
- DeckDen cannot control damage that occurs after dispatch (during postage travel or delivery).
6. Processing Time
- Returns and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days once approved. Orders may take up to 7 days to ship due to work and other commitments.
7. Contact Process
- Please contact us through the Contact page before returning any item. Include your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.
8. Quality & Verification
- All cards are verified and photographed before dispatch to ensure accurate condition and prevent disputes.
